Designed by N.Denzel in  1966. This cutlery design  is now part of the permanent collection of the
Museum of applied Art, Vienna.
The design of the knife blade being at a 30° angle i.e. a fin design  was created to make it possible to cut with arms very close to the body. This idea was later also used by the Lufthansa.
