Condition of Objects
All items sold by 20th Century Collector are authentic and vintage, and as such will show some signs of age related wear. Unless stated we will not detail ‘all faults marks’, etc. We will state where an item has ‘more’ than vintage age related condition issues in the description.
Very Good condition – No chips, cracks or significant signs of wear etc. This particular item will still be of the period and may have some signs of light use.
Good condition – An item will show some signs of age related use but no significant marks, chips or cracks etc.
Good to Fair – As Good, but may have more wear to patterns, light related fading in places or more than a slight amount of crazing.
Fair – As above but with some minor damage or wear. We will state the condition details in most cases.
The buyer accepts responsibility for judging the suitability of the product for the buyers required purpose.
The products, any advice and the presentation of the products have been prepared in accordance with English Law, but the seller does not claim that they necessarily accord with the laws of other countries.
To the extent permitted by law the seller excludes any warranties in relation to the product. However, the buyer’s statutory rights are not affected.
The buyer acknowledges that the seller may retain and use the buyers details provided with this order. The seller confirms that it will not pass these details to other parties without the buyer’s consent, except to the extent required to perform this contract.
Any sale or service is subject to English law and the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it with your item(s) within 14 days.
If your item(s) are faulty, please phone us on 07919184117 or email email@example.com within 24 of receipt of your item
Once the goods are returned to us, we will refund you in full (including the original delivery charge only if the goods are faulty) within 30 days. All items must be returned in their original packaging and reach us safely in good condition before we can take any action.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE OR ITEMS ARE DAMAGED?
If your item(s) are faulty, damaged or your order incomplete, please phone us on 07919184117.
IF I RETURN A PRODUCT TO YOU, IS MY POSTAGE ALSO REFUNDED?
All delivery postage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. For faulty items, once we receive your returned parcel, we will make you a full refund including delivery postage or send you a replacement.
If your item (s) are faulty or damaged please phone 07919184117 and we will arrange for a return collection. Please note, we are unable to provide any refund on return postage for customers who choose to organise their own return and do not arrange a collection.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
For purchases made online you have the legal right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, to cancel your order if you decide you do not want to keep any items you have ordered. Please note, unfortunately we are may not not able to cancel orders before despatch. Please call us on 0791984117 ASAP . For your order to qualify for a full refund (including any delivery charges you paid for) you have a period of 7 working days in which to notify us that you wish to cancel your order, starting from the day after the day you receive the products. You can do this by calling us or e-mailing us using firstname.lastname@example.org
You must then return the goods to us, as soon as possible and in any event no later than 21 days after the date you received the goods. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them to us.
